2. designing from the standpoint of the habitants or of the visitors? designing a 1:1 model???
3. is it suitable to relocate the bedroom to the original service zone, of which the exterior wall is covered with pipes?
4. the "library" just beside the toilet, where the moisture is high?
5. the shower space is higher up so that water can flow down into the bedroom and the "library"?
